Held annually in late August, Run To The Rose Day is a popular and important race meeting during the Sydney Spring Racing Carnival. The event is headlined by the Group 3 Run To The Rose, a race for some of the best three-year-olds going around. The meeting is held at Sydney’s iconic Rosehill Racecourse around a month into the spring season.
As its name suggests, the Run To The Rose is a lead up to the $1 million Group 1 Golden Rose, a race for three-year-olds held the same venue two weeks later.
